Who is Fire Angel
I was always connected to art and always loved being creative. Beauty, music, poetry, philosophy, dancing etc were and are forever my passions. I grew up next to a very talented painter, my grandmother. When I was little I played piano and I did rhythmic gymnastic. While still in school I went to psychology/philosophy courses, ball dancing, flamenco and Latin American dances.
My first stage experience was when I was about 9 years old, I was a student to and took part in the Magic shows of Albert Stepanjan, a local healer and magician.
After finishing school I traveled a lot while also I continued learning (music composing and other courses in Sweden). In that time I have worked as a belly dancer, go-go dancer and hip-hop dancer in Cyprus. That's also where I found Fire dancing. Since then, for 5-6 years by now Fire has been my greatest passion and Love.
In my Fire shows I incorporate all the things I have learned and all the inspirations I found in my travels...
In 2008. I created a Non Profit Organisation called Kelfirius to be able to take part and organise events officially, to introduce the art of Fire and to involve more people. Kelfirius project "School of Fire" hosted a biginners Fire arts course in the end of whilch there was a big concert incorporating multiple stage genres and performers (from musicians and singers to magic and theater elements).
Now aiming at bigger projects, international and professional co-operations.
